Clan N is a beat'em up game that seamlessly merges the classic arcade gameplay with contemporary brawlers. Its fast-paced nature requires players to strategically dodge, block, and utilize light, heavy, and special attacks to progress. Set in an ancient Far East theme, the game presents seven unique levels with a variety of enemies and challenging mid/end level bosses.

Co-op Play

Clan N allows for local co-op with friends or bots, accommodating up to four players. While the main player can use touch or gamepad controls, additional players will require gamepads. A unique feature is the ability to mix real and bot players within the same game!

Who are Clan N?

Clan N represents an ancient samurai group situated in the "Far East" region. Sworn to safeguard the realm from destruction, it consists of four members: ninja Akira, skilled in wielding the shinobigatana; the staff-wielding Reina; Daiki, a master of dual swords; and Tarou, a monk adept at utilizing sickles.

The Story

Akuji, a former samurai of Clan N, uncovers the delicate balance of the world lies in three facets: Peace, Knowledge, and Time. Eager to exploit this, he learns that disturbing any of these realms grants immense power through "spiritual imbalance." However, his relentless pursuit of this power results in his banishment from the samurai temple and expulsion from Clan N.

Unbeknownst to Akuji, achieving spiritual imbalance not only bestows dark powers but also consumes one's light and purity of life. Having absorbed the powers of those he killed and indulging in conflict, Akuji becomes the most formidable sorcerer warrior in the Far East. Forming the spirit group Seishin Gun, he aims to conquer all opposition on their path to dominance.

Upon discovering Akuji's malevolent actions, Clan N embarks on a journey to halt his pillaging alongside Seishin Gun.

About the Characters

Reina and Daiki grew up as siblings in a southern samurai clan. While Daiki received formal training from the clan, Reina observed and developed mastery in staff combat. Over time, she also became one of the first shinobi shamans in the land.

Akira, a childhood friend of Daiki, was adopted by the clan after being found as a lost child fleeing from wolves. Covered in severe scars, Akira keeps himself concealed from head to toe.

Tarou, previously associated with Akuji's monastery before joining Clan N, received teachings from the same mentors. Years later, Akuji returned to steal an ancient scroll detailing how to dismantle the pillars of balance and harness their spiritual imbalance. With Tarou tracing his steps to Clan N and explaining the situation to its three existing members, they decided to unite forces against Akuji.
